Goooood morning, everyone! I haven’t posted here for quite a long time, and today I am finally back to share my experience of time-management. Well, I consider myself as an early bird for one hundred percent. My day starts at 5 or 6 a.m. This time is perfect for finishing some homework, reading and of course posting on my medium page :) At these hours I feel alert and energetic, so I have time to get ready for the day and do some household chores. And the peak of my productivity is approximately 9 a.m- 3 p.m. At this time I am at the university, and if I’m on the weekend or don’t have classes to attend, it’s a perfect time to have a walk, do some gardening or bake a pie. And after I am done with my studies and to-do list, I should nap for a couple hours. It’s a must-have for me, unless I am tuckered out by dinner. I begin doing my homework at 6 p.m, trying to cover as much as possible. At this time I prepare my monologues and projects, because new information should be put in your head before night time. And I go to bed at 10 p.m to get my beauty sleep. My key for a good day is fresh air, nutriious meals, exercise and of course self-care!

that’s all for today, take care and don’t forget to have a moment to breathe.
