met the culture online
In 2021,people had a priceless opportunity — modern technologies (and covid-19, of course) let them travelling,studying and getting some culture experience right from home. One of my biggest dreams finally came true- I’ve visited one of the most unique and breathtaking museums in the world- The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York City, colloquially “the Met”, is the largest art museum in the United States. The Met collection represents more than 5000 years of art and human culture- from artdeco paintings to Chinese silk carpets. My goal is to come to NYC and see the collection of arts in real life, but today I’m pleased to have a chance to explore some masterpieces by Edgar Dega. Here’s some of my favourite:
